Our Plan to Stay Open During COVID-19
We hope you and your family are well and staying safe during these difficult times. Our team is working offsite and we are scheduling virtual rather than in-person meetings to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our whole team. Rest assured that all of us are still working to meet your needs as we have for more than 20 years.
COVID-19 Preparedness Plan
Governor Walz has announced that certain non-critical businesses can re-open if they establish and implement a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan.
We are fortunate that we can work remotely without difficulty and in fact we started working remotely a week before non-critical businesses were ordered to close. For the safety of our team, their families and our clients, we will continue to operate with a remote team for the foreseeable future.
To ensure the safety of our team while we continue to provide services during this epidemic:
- Everyone will work from home until management decides to re-open the office.
- No one will enter the workplace except owners.
- There will be no company sponsored gatherings of employees in a non-virtual space.
- All workers are encouraged to follow Minnesota's social distancing and hygiene guidelines.
- Management will clean the office before employees return, and increase the frequency of office cleanings as may be necessary.
