Michael Schlotfeldt

Michael Schlotfeldt is a co-founder of Plaudit, where he oversees client projects, account managers, and the design team. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Graphic Design.

With more than 25 years of experience, Michael has worked across graphic design, branding, website design, usability, and digital strategy. That broad background has helped shape Plaudit’s approach to creating websites and digital experiences that are both well designed and effective for clients.

Today, Michael plays a central role in how Plaudit manages projects, works with clients, and approaches design. He has also been leading the company’s broader adoption of AI, helping rethink how it can be used across client work, internal systems, business processes, and day-to-day workflows.
