Full-Stack Programmer

This is a remote full-stack web programming position for someone who is confident in their ability to take on any web related programming task, and wants greater control over their work and their day.

The Job

• Plaudit has been in business for 24 years, and is a known name in the local web industry.
• You will program components of marketing websites such as search interfaces, complex animations/interactive pieces, etc.
• You will also program web-based applications and some phone apps .
• Languages are commonly PHP and TypeScript, but also at times WebGL, React and other technologies. You will write CSS for more involved interfaces, but on most marketing sites you will hand off HTML/CSS to a developer who is focused solely on that work.

What Plaudit Needs

• A self-learner, with strong problem-solving skills.
• A self-managed individual who prefers a level of freedom, but is good at communicating and coordinating with team members.
• Must be highly confident in their ability to take on and complete any web related programming task. This is not an entry level position.
• No past professional experience is required – just skills and drive. You must demonstrate that you have the ability to quickly take on the responsibilities of the position by sharing past accomplishments and answering tech questions.
• U.S. applicants only. You must live in the United States and, though not required, it is preferred that you live within a couple hours of the Twin Cities.
