We are currently seeking a full-time associate level Digital Account Manager. In this role you will assist more senior Digital Account Managers in providing valuable insight and management to existing client accounts. This is an opportunity to quickly gain valuable experience and push your career forward. The right candidate will demonstrate aptitude and strong work ethic, with the motivation to grow towards managing their own accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support more senior Digital Account Managers
- Manage communication, and client expectations
- Complete various project and account management responsibilities (e.g. prepare documents and systems for project kick-off)
- Work with team to establish project direction, and provide valuable insight on client web presences and digital marketing initiatives
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients — this includes proactively identifying and pitching valuable ideas to clients
- Provide support to new business sales staff in acquiring new accounts — this includes attending meetings, consulting on solutions to incorporate into proposals, etc.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of UX, digital marketing, and user-centered/goal-oriented design practices
- Ability to use Google Analytics to identify opporunitites
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Capable of working concurrently with multiple clients and projects
- Team player
