Client Service Representative

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll ensure outstanding client service by managing inquiries and requests efficiently. Your role involves direct communication with clients, overseeing task completion, and checking work for high-quality standards. WordPress experience is essential for this role, as you'll regularly work with WordPress websites and need a solid understanding of web technologies including DNS, HTML, and CSS.

This full-time position offers hybrid flexibility, allowing remote work with a minimum of two days per week in our St. Paul office.

Responsibilities

Your role encompasses various business areas, ensuring timely, high-quality client service. While the specific activities will vary over time, they include:

• Handle client requests, liaising with designers and developers.
• Verifying task completion and quality as the final checkpoint before client updates.
• Respond to client support questions
• Conduct check-ins on inactive accounts to maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with new clients after their initial project launch to ensure smooth operation, introduce yourself as their primary support contact, and explain the best ways to obtain ongoing support.
• Prioritize and manage backlogs of tasks and projects.
• Preparing and processing new project agreements.
• Assist the team by completing tasks during the build and support of sites (e.g. creating screen recordings to answer questions, create / update websites via WordPress, and recommend images for pages).

Requirements

• WordPress experience is essential - must be comfortable working with WordPress websites.
• Good understanding of web technologies including DNS, HTML, CSS, and general web development concepts.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools is essential - must already know how to utilize AI very efficiently to increase productivity in client communication and other tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Proactive, positive approach with willingness to undertake varied tasks.
• Proficiency in multitasking and handling multiple client tasks.
